Audi Rancho Mirage deserves to be recognized as a top notch dealership! Prior to going down to the desert, I went to Beverly Hills and they told me over the phone they had the car I wanted and to come on down. They quoted a price as well and when I got down there, the car wasn't the one I asked for and the price they wanted was $100.00 per month more. I will never do business with Audi Beverly Hills and will only purchase from Audi  Rancho Mirage! Audi Rancho Mirage is good with their word and tell it like it is. It's a shame there are other dealers out there who don't represent themselves well. Fortunately Audi Rancho Mirage is one dealership who upholds and represents great service, trustworthy sales representatives and understands the brand. Looking forward to purchasing my next Audi and hopefully and R8 if my wife allows me the extra car at the house. Best of luck to everyone at Audi Rancho Mirage."

When it was time to replace our Mercedes, there was no doubt we wanted to buy another Audi. Because we travel by car from the desert to Chicago in May each year and from Chicago to the desert each November we decided to get an SUV. Fletcher Jones in Chicago was not helpful and I made a call to Rancho Mirage. Michael Fairly was more than happy to help us with our wants and needs. He found the Q7 with the features and color we wanted and made the transaction happen, effortless."

I went back to Audi 4 weeks later. Talked with Steve Clark again and left with the Audi Q5. Now I am a happy owner of 2 Audi vehicles. One for business and one for "mom". I will share with you that my father came in for a visit and accompanied me while I stopped in at Audi to pick something up. He was so impressed with my sales guy that he plans to drive all the way to Southern California just to buy his next car this summer. I just love this Steve Clark. Not only was Steve a wonderful person to work with, Jeff Ferguson was a delight. Both of these gentleman were personable, kind, and patient. I did have my 13 year old children with me at the time of purchase and never once did either of them want to leave. So that tells you something. Jeff was amazing. Very honest. I need to go back one more time because I was confused and Mark stated I was welcome to go back in anytime and talk with him. He invited me to stop in even if it was for something small, he would be available. He gave me a card and welcomed me to call him anytime I needed. He was a very sweet man. I think you have a great staff. The GM came and introduced himself to me and thanked me for buying / leasing 2 vehicles from Audi. He even offered me left over pizza for my kids. I really enjoyed the experience I had with this company and your employees. I am not one to give compliments lightly. In fact, I am very critical and you can ask anyone that works for me. I am too hard. Being a CEO of a company and understanding the value of customer service, all I can say is that I wish that all my clients had the experience that I had with all of you.
